2) Keep up with the new listings because if you keep your eye open for the new listings from women every day, you can be one of the FIRST guys to respond to her ad, instead of the 347th guy.

3) GET ON THE PHONE. You want to make contact, start communicating, and GET ON THE PHONE. Don't dilly-dally and write 50 emails back and forth. You're not looking for pen pals, so don't act
like it.
